There are a variety of challenges in
auto glass work, as each damaged vehicle presents a

Replacement

The wipers, molding and cowl are carefully removed.

The broken windshield is completely removed. The existing adhesive is then
removed. To
make a proper installation, and ensure proper setting for the new adhesive.

The new windshield is primed
to ensure a reliable seal. We use premium primers
here to ensure a high quality seal.

A Urethane adhesive is then
applied to the vehicle frame. To ensure that the a
quality seal, urethane must be applied equally to
all sides where the windshield will make contact
with the frame. The vehicle is safe to drive in an
one to two hours for most installations. We use only
premium quality urethane to ensure the highest
quality seals for your vehicle.

The new windshield is set in
place and the molding, cowl, and wipers are
reattached.

In some cases, your windshield will require a new
molding with the installation.

Please do not drive through an automatic car wash
for 48 Hours.

Leave the windows rolled down slightly for 24 hours.

Wipers Care
To avoid constant replacement of
windshield wiper blades, clean them monthly with sudsy
water. It will extend the wear of the rubber and prevent
the wipers from smearing your windshield.
Windshield Repair
The act of
repairing a break in a windshield, or other laminated
auto glass part, rather than replacing it. Windshield
repair is a permanent process that removes the air from
the break and fills it with a curable, optically matched
resin.
